The college is managed by Shree Digambara Jain Vidyavardhaka Sangha(Regd.), Moodbidri.

Shree Digambara Jain Vidyavardhaka Sangha(Regd.), Moodbidri is a trust started with a noble mission and vision of imparting quality education to the needy students of the surrounding areas of Moodbidri, ever since its inception in the year 1906. At present, there are more than 3000 students studying under the same trust in various institutions. The trust is successful in providing excellent educational facilities and thereby maintaining a very high academic standard.
